Rates

Therapy is provided in my office located in Olde Towne Arvada, Colorado, by appointment only. Please see the contact page for contact information and directions. Appointments can be made by telephone, email or in person.

My rates:

My session fee is $135 per 60-minute session or $200 per 90-minute session.

Regarding payment:

Payment is due at the time of service and must be paid by the end of the session.  I accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Heath Savings Accounts) or check made payable to Avail Psychotherapy, LLC.

Regarding the use of Medical Insurance:

I currently take Cigna. Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare Insurances, Oscar and Medicare.  For clients who wish to use their insurance and seek direct reimbursement, I am able to give a detailed receipt with billing/procedure codes so that you can submit a request for direct reimbursement from your provider. I do not complete any other forms for insurance as this must be handled directly between you and your provider.

Each plan and provider is different, so I encourage you to contact your provider prior to starting therapy to learn more about the specific reimbursement procedures for your plan.
